\u2026En 2006, nous avons pris la d\u00e9cision de construire de nouveaux b\u00e2timents sur un terrain vierge, notre site historique \u00e9tant devenu trop \u00e9troit. Le projet \u00e9tait de passer de 5 000 m2 \u00e0 23 000 m2.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est avec Rapha\u00ebl que j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 pour la conception et le suivi du chantier. J\u2019avais mes id\u00e9es et des pr\u00e9occupations environnementales que Rapha\u00ebl partage et sait mettre en \u0153uvre avec le bioclimatisme. On dit souvent que les architectes veulent imposer leur \u00ab patte \u00bb, lui, non.<\/p>\n

Il a pris le temps de comprendre ce que je voulais en allant au fond des choses : des b\u00e2timents fonctionnels, en \u00e9vitant un aspect trop cubique, un environnement de travail agr\u00e9able, respectueux des hommes et de l\u2019environnement. Autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment aussi important : \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque, nos enfants n\u2019avaient pas encore d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de rejoindre l\u2019entreprise. Il fallait donc que le b\u00e2timent puisse s\u2019adapter \u00e0 une autre activit\u00e9. Ces notions de polyvalence et de r\u00e9utilisation des lieux \u00e9taient des points majeurs pour moi.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, avec Rapha\u00ebl, nous avons con\u00e7u le projet du moment, de 2007, mais aussi celui du futur. Aussi quand
en 2014, il a alors fallu doubler la superficie de stockage, nous n\u2019avons eu aucune difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 le faire puisque cet agrandissement avait \u00e9t\u00e9 anticip\u00e9 \u00e0 la conception.<\/p>\n

Je me souviens de lui sur le terrain encore vide. \u00ab Bon, le nord est l\u00e0. Il faudra y installer le b\u00e2timent le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 puis tous les autres en d\u00e9grad\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au sud pour qu\u2019ils se prot\u00e8gent les uns les autres. \u00bb<\/p>\n

\u2026Je voulais que l\u2019entr\u00e9e de mes salari\u00e9s soit soign\u00e9e. Rapha\u00ebl est parti de l\u2019id\u00e9e que l\u2019on pouvait faire d\u2019une pierre deux coups.<\/p>\n

Cet espace pouvait \u00eatre agr\u00e9able \u00e0 nos employ\u00e9s comme \u00e0 nos visiteurs, d\u2019o\u00f9 la cour int\u00e9rieure visible du hall d\u2019entr\u00e9e, du couloir et de la salle de r\u00e9union.<\/p>\n

Avoir une vue sur la nature, sur les oiseaux attir\u00e9s par les buissons : je crois que c\u2019est tr\u00e8s important de soigner cette relation \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. L\u2019\u00e9clairage naturel a \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 le favoriser au maximum et ainsi \u00e0 \u00e9viter d\u2019allumer les lumi\u00e8res ou le chauffage et donc d\u2019\u00e9conomiser l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n

Au bout de neuf ann\u00e9es de fonctionnement, nous n\u2019avons aucun regret, pas une porte mal plac\u00e9e qui nous g\u00eane, pas de \u00ab Si on avait su \u00bb.<\/p>\n
