\u2026Le projet \u00e9tait complexe. D\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019emplacement, une zone industrielle et un site bord\u00e9 d\u2019une haie napol\u00e9onienne \u00e0 conserver. Notre ambition \u00e9tait de transformer nos quatre hectares en poumon vert de la zone d\u2019activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n

Ces contraintes s\u2019additionnaient \u00e0 celles li\u00e9es au b\u00e2timent que nous voulions \u00eatre exemplaire, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00e9coconstruit et bioclimatique.<\/p>\n

\u2026Et probablement plus atypique encore, nous voulions m\u00e9langer les usages et les publics pour ouvrir un lieu unique au plus grand nombre. L\u2019enjeu \u00e9tait de m\u00ealer harmonieusement un restaurant d\u2019entreprises bio et local, un snack 100% bio, un institut de beaut\u00e9, une boutique et un vaste complexe sportif, le tout interconnect\u00e9 et reli\u00e9 \u00e0 nos jardins paysagers et p\u00e9dagogiques (potager, serre, jardin des sens, jardin mandala, poulailler, ruches\u2026).<\/p>\n

Comme dans un village, les activit\u00e9s s\u2019encha\u00eeneraient du march\u00e9 de producteurs locaux au cocktail d\u00eenatoire en passant par des expositions et des s\u00e9minaires.<\/p>\n

Nous sommes impatients de voir \u00e9voluer le BiO\u2019P\u00f4le de L\u00e9a avec les saisons et de nous projeter dans le temps pour profiter de son \u00e9crin de verdure, quand le mandala sera en herbe, la cabane de jardinier mont\u00e9 et la fontaine install\u00e9e\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2026R&C a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 apr\u00e8s un appel \u00e0 projet et la visite l\u2019\u00e9cole d\u2019Argenton-les-Vall\u00e9es et le moulin du marais \u00e0 Lezay : leurs r\u00e9f\u00e9rences, convictions et savoir-faire nous assuraient un partenariat fructueux. Le projet a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 hors-norme pour eux : il s\u2019agissait d\u2019un ERP (\u00c9tablissement Recevant du Public) avec toutes ses normes, n\u2019\u00e9tant ni tout \u00e0 fait un b\u00e2timent industriel, commercial, scolaire, logistique ou une habitation.<\/p>\n

Une grande complexit\u00e9 \u00e0 laquelle ils se sont vite adapt\u00e9s en comprenant notre demande : un lieu doux, calme, accueillant et qui, malgr\u00e9 ses dimensions imposantes, donnerait une impression de chaleur humaine.<\/p>\n

Incontestablement, la qualit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux y participe amplement. Le bois, les enduits terre et la lumi\u00e8re cr\u00e9e une ambiance tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able, comme confortable.<\/p>\n

Le projet fourmille de bonnes surprises comme l\u2019acoustique de notre salle de restaurant. Il s\u2019en d\u00e9gage une grande s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 obtenue gr\u00e2ce aux isolants en ouate de cellulose et fibre de bois et au parquet, c\u2019est un bonheur de pouvoir rassembler jusqu\u2019\u00e0 250 convives discutant sans provoquer le moindre brouhaha.<\/p>\n

\u2026Sandrine et Rapha\u00ebl ont cette sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Autre, \u00e0 la nature et aux animaux qu\u2019il fallait pour r\u00e9ussir notre projet.<\/p>\n

Ils ont tenu compte des recommandations de la LPO (Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux) pour les nichoirs install\u00e9s dans l\u2019ossature bois, ont respect\u00e9 la haie napol\u00e9onienne autour laquelle le gymnase s\u2019articule et ont propos\u00e9 des toitures v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Ils ont su cr\u00e9er un grand cocon, fid\u00e8le \u00e0 notre \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n

Depuis, nous avons fait certifier le site \u00ab refuge LPO \u00bb.<\/p>\n
