\u2026Rapha\u00ebl Chouane faisait partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipe charg\u00e9e de la r\u00e9novation de notre centre-bourg. Le projet \u00e9tait de le requalifier avec modification de la circulation des voitures, enfouissement des lignes \u00e9lectriques et r\u00e9novation du r\u00e9seau d\u2019eaux pluviales.
Nous en avons profit\u00e9 pour rendre accessibles nos \u00e9quipements publics (mairie, la salle des f\u00eates) et des constructions priv\u00e9es (habitations et commerces) aux personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\n

Nous avons beau aimer notre village, nos bonnes intentions ne suffisent pas \u00e0 comprendre l\u2019architecture et \u00e0 \u00e9viter de faire des erreurs.<\/p>\n

\u2026Le \u00ab bon sens \u00bb des \u00e9lus a fait \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de d\u00e9g\u00e2ts pendant les Trente Glorieuses, on a b\u00e9tonn\u00e9 tant qu\u2019on pouvait et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un r\u00e9flexe de destruction du b\u00e2ti ancien, geste encore tenace, je trouve.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ancienne \u00e9picerie aurait par exemple pu devenir un parking pour r\u00e9soudre le manque de stationnement pour notre salle de 800 personnes.<\/p>\n

Quand des sp\u00e9cialistes nous \u00e9paulent, qu\u2019ils nous expliquent pourquoi le b\u00e2timent de l\u2019\u00e9picerie est un marqueur important dans notre espace urbain, qu\u2019ils prennent le temps d\u2019ajuster notre regard, nous pouvons alors nous fier \u00e0 eux en toute confiance.<\/p>\n

\u2026Comme architecte, Rapha\u00ebl nous donne une lecture nouvelle de notre environnement. Il regarde notre bourg en nous disant \u00abici remarquez l\u2019usage des tuiles plates sur cette maison, l\u00e0 un fronton de maison \u00e0 pr\u00e9server, l\u2019\u00e9picerie une belle maison d\u2019angle avec une vaste toiture en ardoise, la d\u00e9truire serait un sacril\u00e8ge\u00bb<\/p>\n

\u2026Aujourd\u2019hui, notre \u00e9picerie est devenue une pharmacie et un institut de beaut\u00e9 avec une extension en ossature bois. Rapha\u00ebl a su marier les \u00e9poques et a enrichi notre bourg d\u2019une architecture contemporaine, bois-pierre, en harmonie avec le b\u00e2ti.<\/p>\n

Je pense que sa sensibilit\u00e9 pour le patrimoine et l\u2019histoire adoucit son approche et son relationnel.<\/p>\n

Il n\u2019y a pas de violence : il observe, il \u00e9coute, il r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit.<\/p>\n

Cela ne l\u2019emp\u00eache pas de d\u00e9fendre son point de vue, mais il le fera avec tact et argumentation.<\/p>\n

Cette vertu p\u00e9dagogique est une garantie pour l\u2019avenir : nous ne penserons plus de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, nous avons \u00e9volu\u00e9 en nous appropriant les r\u00e9flexes de l\u2019architecte.<\/p>\n
